Our Process
Life is busy. When it comes to shutters, let us do the hard work.

Preconstruction Design
Our shutters are handcrafted to fit perfectly. An on-site visit will give us the opportunity to conceptualize your vision by viewing samples, selecting materials and functionality. Measurements will be taken by the craftsman that will bring your vision to life.

Design & Construction Estimate
The craftsman selects materials and designs each shutter. These details are relayed to you and if necessary, changes are made. Once satisfied with the design, a quote is provided.
Construction and On-Site Fitting
Shutters are crafted one by one at our shop in Aldersyde, Alberta. Once the shutters are built, a final fitment is required to ensure a beautiful reveal.

The Finishing
Touches
Each shutter is painted or stained to your specification. The shutters are installed in your home or business by the craftsman that created them.

Our Quality Guarantee
All McBride Shutters and window coverings are guaranteed for three years against manufacturing defects.

We pride ourselves on an uncompromising degree of quality that will last. During the consultation process our experts will identify potential issues that could compromise the life of your shutters. For example, a 50 year old single pane window may be susceptible to a high degree of condensation. A shutter installed in this window could experience prolonged exposure to water which may damage the shutter. Though we would never refuse an installation, our craftsmen will suggest steps to take to mitigate water damage. Water damage and environmental exposure are not covered by our three year guarantee.
